Extra automatic quotes cost 50c each including GST after the owner enables paid overage with a payment method. Without paid overage, enquiries are still captured for manual pricing. SMS usage is billed separately.

Free includes 2 saved form templates; all paid plans have no saved-template limit. Review imported forms before use, especially unclear scans or complex layouts.
Yes. Keep an asset and equipment register linked to customers and sites, with service history, faults and service due dates. Link equipment to jobs so the team can see which items need attention. These records are available across the plans; work created from them uses your plan's normal job allowance.
Yes. Create deposit or progress invoices for part of the agreed work, then invoice the remaining balance. You can review each invoice before issuing it. Staged invoicing is available across the plans; card processing fees still apply when customers pay by card.
Tradewin uses your saved rates and markups to calculate each quote. You can check your costs and profit, then adjust the final amount before sending. This is available on every plan.
Yes. Your dedicated business SMS number sends quotes, reminders and automated messages through Tradewin. Customers can text it directly, and replies appear in your business inbox. Both incoming and outgoing SMS use your shared allowance, then cost 10c outgoing or 8c incoming per segment including GST. Your plan's automatic-quote allowance, SMS billing and customer opt-outs still apply. The number is supplied through Tradewin; it does not connect your existing personal SIM. It is included with Business or available on Free, Starter and Growth for $31.90/month including GST. Branding removal is a separate benefit: Business includes it, and Growth offers it for $15/month.
